Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and industrial construction projects from start to finish

• Develop, track, and update project timelines, budgets, and subcontractor invoicing using construction software

• Coordinate effectively with clients, internal sales teams, and subcontractors

• Interpret and review construction drawings, specs, and proposals

• Oversee the purchasing of equipment, materials, and subcontractor services

• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality control

• Lead project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and project logs

• Maintain strict compliance with building codes, safety protocols, and legal regulations

• Work directly with clients on routine upgrades, scope changes, and progress updates

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma required; some college or construction-related coursework preferred

• Prior experience as a Project Manager, Estimator, Foreman, or Construction Supervisor

• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, materials, and timelines

• Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings

• Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar) is a plus

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities

• Confidence and professionalism when dealing with clients, vendors, and subcontractors

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $60,000 – $100,000 (based on experience)

• Benefits Package includes:

  • Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
